Yeah, I don't think I can right now, sorry. I had a list of excuses typed up.. but nah. At one point I'd had a character in progress, but I don't know what happened to him.. and he didn't have a name, or any specific powers.. 'cause I suck at purposeful creativity. So I'll opt out for now.

Iunno. Hoot and Sil are really the only ones that I know who were into Bleach enough to RP with. Maybe chibihentaichan too, but I haven't seen her in a while. I don't really know how our other RPers, Jeni, Joe, Katie, etc, feel about Bleach.
